Ken Kanemoto has facilitated numerous significant real estate transactions in the Longmont are.  For 40 years, his work has ensured that commercial real estate in Longmont has added valuable growth and convenience in the community without the loss of the small-town charm.  Almost all of Ken's business is derived from referrals and past customers and keeps Ken very busy.  Ken has consistently earned awards for high sales volume.

Ken was born and raised in Longmont.  He originally bean his career as an aerospace engineer at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft in Connecticut.  After 4 years, he returned to his hometown to begin his real estate career.  The Kanemoto family has been deeply involved in the local business community for 3 generations, developing real estate in many now-familiar areas of Longmont and the surrounding community.  Throughout the business community, Ken is known for his hard work to help clients reach their goals.

Ken Voss has represented local, regional and national private and institutional clients for over 11 years.  He has been involved in brokerage and real estate development projects throughout Northern Colorado.  Prior to brokerage and real estate development, he worked in business development.

Ken was born and raised in Boulder and Longmont.  He left Colorado long enough to obtain his undergraduate degree (in history and economics), returning after graduation to live and work in the Northern Front Range.  He and his wife, Christine, have a daughter, Stephanie.
